Default Dhammakaya Meditation

Came across this by accident, a Thai meditation technique, sounds interesting!

It is meant to take you out of the cycle of existence... and into blissful nirvana

Wow... Thats a long read! If I get time I'll check it out...

I have done similar sounding things, reached a "Nirvana" state once or twice, and I have to say it's not an easy state to achieve, so kudos to anyone who can do this on a regular basis.

I'm pretty sure once or twice in a lifetime would be enough for most people though, the kind of perspective the experience can put on everyday life can be life changing, and I'm not certain that we can handle too many life changes all at once
