What do you consider "core energetic healing?

Some terms listed thru out are unfamiliar to me. Educate an old lady please?

Any healing that results from core energetics methods such as pranic healing, quantum touch, or reiki. Healing through energy manipulation, more or less.

I can't seem to find the wiki article on Core Energetics, they used to have an excellent article overviewing it - but it's missing for some reason.
