On Maintaining Your Goals

Wherever each one of as is at a particular stage of life we are experiencing one corner on the diamond of who we are on a soul level. Each experience brings with it particular shades of circumstance that might confuse us and push us onto the wrong path. How can we know when this path is wrong?

The answer is unique to each of us since the core of the diamond is who we are (the corners are not more than shades of experience). However the more we become attached to areas outside of ourselves the further we deviate from our true resonance. Diamonds are not always clear, however it is often those who are in tune with their soul that shine and sparkle with brilliance.
Often in times of spiritual awareness we can catch glimpses of diamonds sparkling as the light touches them. It is times like these that radiate the essential qualities of each of our souls. Now we must not hope for change based on circumstances to re-align with our soul's essence, the recipe for success is just to become aware and realize the soul and essence for what it is (and realize also, what it is not).

It is not seldom that the struggle to keep on top of life becomes overwhelming and things can become distorted where we feel that we are all alone and the entire world is against us. Through being still and remembering who we are, and what we set out to achieve we can begin to re-evaluate our goals - where we have come from, and where we stand now.
There is a time when we must transcend our own fears and look forward to a place where personal validation comes not from circumstance, but from who we already are. It is important to perceive this essence as nonegoic value, we are each valuable as human beings just by being human beings - nothing less, nothing more.
Being human beings makes us prone to mistakes and great feats alike, and being of such a unique and almost paradoxical expression requires interpersonal understanding beyond that of the material world. Before commencing introspection regarding these issues untie your blindfolds to your true essence and take a genuine look at where you fit in with the greater reality of life.
You deserve this perception above all other illusions, and likewise to remember the true value and meaning of Just Being Here and Present.

Sash, this is a wonderful insight. May I share it with my Drummer group? We recently experienced a difficult time and your words are very appropriate for them...for me!

I am 52 yrs old....I am just beginning to achieve my goals strange as they may seem to the mainstream of America. I think folks are starting to look towards alternatives in life because the tried and true are failing them and they're so miserable. I feel so badly for the youth especially. Life was hard when I was a kid but today....I would not want to be a kid today...tough life...money...bad people...high cost of iving..low wages....we lightworkers will be sorely needed.

My goal.....I have a nice home based-online business...I am happy with that BUT I want a retreat...wee cabins folks can come to for a getaway..some spoiling, healing. help and peace. I'd love a little store front with coffee, tea, and empathy to go with my Reiki and stones ans custom creations. I want to just make a living, enough to get by to keep my hollow and help others at the same time.

Will I achieve it? I'll find out this year...wish me luck.
