Pain that is not physically motivated, what is your experience with it? I've noticed having pains just as a result of stress and anxiety or anger (without any physical impact).
Although there is no physical cause the pain appears physical and does feel like it hurts a lot. What are your opinions and experiences? |

Well clearly there is pain associated with emotion. Even the scientists have documented physical changes (including pain) associated with trauma (not from the direct injury), long term strong emotions (anger), and also long term stress. Just having constant tension in your body causes pain via small tears in the muscles, ligaments, etc. Stress is the main cause of tension headaches.
I'm also not sure what you mean about 'physically motivated'. Chemicals in your system can cause pains of all sorts (same for allergies). Pain can be caused by energy attacks with a very tight focus. Normally this requires direct contact or line of sight. This will be a sharp stabbing pain. Walk-ins experience pain because their (inherited) physical form is not in perfect alignment with their other bodies. A similar thing can happen on a hasty return from an OBE; in this case it usually sorts itself out in a day or two. Energy attachments can cause a local pain spot if a lot of energy is flowing through (in either direction). Best I can do without more information.

I've been doing a bit of research on my own accord on this over the last two weeks or so. It appears there is a popular opinion that psychological deficiencies (chakra imbalances) cause vulnerabilities where negs can leech energy from the weakened points.
Pains such as this would then be a result from the process of neg attacks. I am curious if this is always the cause of such attacks. By physically motivated I mean, hitting your fist against a wall will hurt. However if your first starts hurting for no reason by itself it would not be physically motivated, but rather psychologically motivated (neg ?). Edit: The clearing work I get done a lot of the time causes pain in a releasing manner, but both me and the person who does the work agree that this is "good pain" for healing to be able to take place. This could suggest that a lot of the time such pain is the process of an energetic blockage being cleared. But it is difficult to be sure about what causes a pain isn't it (or at least one that cannot be diagnosed with conventional medical awareness). |

Sash, this is huge issue in humans. Most of the people I work with have emotional pain that triggered their physical pain. If you're feeling down, depressed, or sad..your body reacts to the body language. You lay about or slouch down sitting, your back and neck ache, you get a headache, your eyes burn, your legs spasm and cramp...you feel like *@*@, right?
First thing it to recognize what is bothering you. Many have absolutely no idea why they feel so rotten. From clients I get, "I have no energy, I'm so tired and drained, I hate my life..spouse...kids...job, I'm overwieght, underweight, people don't like me" and more. Well if you don't like you who else will. Ever go into a store or cafe and just look someone in the eye and "smile"...don't they always smile back! I am no daisy truat me, I have my bad days same as everyone but....I know when it happens I have to DO something and get rid of the pain. For a month now I've carried some huge pain/anger. My neck screams but now that I am dealing with the emotions that are making me hurt...I feel my body relaxing and healing and my sleep is better, I am here! I feel I can open and be me and happy again. Does any of this make sense? That punching the wall thing feeling is your soul telling you to let it out...this is good but not for the hand or the wall. The key is to find out exactly what has mad you angry...face it...deal with it...take away it's control making is useless and thusly not hurtful. I can say..oh meditate....use forgiveness....but we all know sh** happens and we get downright mad if not furious. This is the balance of emotion. Without the bad how good would the wonderful feel? The key is to address it immediately, work it, fight with it, get rid of it...cuz feeling calm & centered...having a good body, mind, & spirit is better yes?
