Not yet, we haven't see each other. I and my wife are just newbie, on AP and NEWs. I am just one of some admiring the name Alex, CF, .. (known in AstralDynamics forum) and your friends with your love and kinds..

Anyway, wherever your journey takes you, and whatever my part is in that journey, I wish you all the best and I sincerly hope you all find all the answers that you are looking for.

;D Thank you so much, Alex, my main interest at the moment is pure spiritually, and my wife is little more "material". However, after a while finding some physical obstacles on the way, I could see that the physical world is still important as supporting for the spiritual way. Then maybe grounding and manifestation is very important also. Last year, I have concentrated on purification and now I'm doing some grounding techniques. I am planning for completing AP end of 2007. .

BTW, I always hope I could do anything for everybody within my humble abilities, even a little love intend sending. I lead a small yoga group here also, so if you have any lovely plan for helping.., please allow us get join in.

Wow, sounds a family. I could feel so much love here. Hi chrystalpaths, hi atomheart. :P.

I don't know how to send effectively energy directly (I will learn later) but in the Buddhism Tantra which I have learned before, there's a method for transferring the private merit and love energy to others (asking God and very high-beings). With little contribution to this family, in the daily practicing time, I (and some time my wife) would like to transferring the merit and love energy to all the AstraFocus members. (I'm sorry if my effort is still a little but I hope it will be better in the future). ;D

Every little bit counts. Even just by being here and giving kind thoughts and words you are transferring energy.

The simplest way to give energy is to think nice things about someone. (the opposite is also true )

When we hold focus sessions, the energy tends to peak and it leaves you positively buzzing for ages afterwards... but be aware of sudden positive changes in your life ! :P
