Nice work Rob. If you remember we spoke last night online, the whole flight thing you have to forget about trying to fly, because if you're 'trying', then you are assuming that you have to 'try'. And why do you have to try? Gravity right? *thud* (thats the sound of you falling down when you remember that flying is 'impossible'.

Don't try, just fly!

That's really cool, Rob! What a fun experience! I think that guy in the car was a clue for you to manifest anything you want with your thoughts--think a car, or a plane as you did. That's funny.

Hey--but no spying on me in the astral! lol Isn't that one of the integrity laws? You are not supposed to spy on people when you are obe. You might show up when I am in the shower or making love or something. Privacy please! ;D

But seriously, I just could not manage to leave the RTZ. I guess it's one step at a time. I need to learn to crawl before I can walk and then eventually fly.

List of things I need to learn to do.

*Fly
*Move with thought
*Increase vibration so as to get out of the RTZ

Think that's about it for now.

With that in mind, when I next try at about 12:00am ish. Who is willing to let me try and visit them and if they are sleeping to try to pull them out of their body. I did this before with a friend. Unfortunately he could not remember a thing.

This is not an exact science. I can't predict when I will have an out of body experience. But if I do, will try and pop round.

I had another out of body experience last night.

All this is just too much typing for me, takes me about 2 hours to type the big reports. So I will shorten it somewhat.

I went to sleep and was awoken by a sound in my head, sounded like a gun shot.
I noticed that I was aware of being tuned into this frequency where I could hear sounds. I concentrated on them and they became more vivid. I then became aware of being inside a giant lattice structure. I could fly between the structure. I then wanted to have an out of body experience, so I flew as hard and fast as I could to get out of this place. I eventually hit a wall and ended up lying in my bed. Great, now I could try to have an out of body experience as I was paralysed. I raised my astral arms in front of me to see what they looked like. All I could see was the slight distortion in the air when I moved them over my point of focus. I then immediately felt intense weakness in my astral body. Like having really bad flu and you are just so weak that you can't get out of bed. So I decided to end the experiment and with that I was looking at my room and could get up as the paralysis had gone and I was wide awake.

On reflection, I think I was travelling in a part of the astral. I need to find out more about this lattice place. :

It sounds to me (I could be wrong obv) that you are going through a process of frequency atunement. This giant structure you've described sounds a lot like a hive of some sort... that there's something brewing inside (that is you). What I'm trying to say is that perhaps your frequency is being adjusted to a higher quality to cope with the higher energy requirements you've been subjecting yourself to lately. I wouldn't be surprised if you had a visit in the astral very soon!

I was awoken at about 6:00am this morning and I could not get myself back to sleep. I knew that my alarm would go off at 7:00am. This gave me a window of an hour to practice AP. I went through my full body relaxation, but I just could not seem to relax. I was just too wide awake. So with that thought I rolled over onto my side and proceeded to drift into a very relaxed state.

I have noticed that I have a very good success rate when I lie on my side.

I became aware that I could see through my closed eyelids and I also became aware that my body was paralysed. I decided to try to go deeper with this state and not long after that thought I got an intense pressure in my head, almost like the pressure you feel just before you sneeze. With that pressure came the sound of distant voices. I tried to tune into them and I could hear children’s voices. I tried to ignore them as I think they were trying to put me off.

I then noticed that the pressure was diminishing and with that the voices were also fading away. So I tried to get the pressure back into my head and I found that I could. The voices also came back. I did this for about 5 times more, each time learning how to create this pressure that somehow opens a channel. I then became aware of what the children were saying, as one of them popped into my head and their voice was very clear. They were referring to us and saying that “they are angels inside and don’t realise it”. I again tried to ignore the voices and just get out of my body.

I had 2 options here. The first one is to force myself out of my body like I have been doing or the second one is to try a more gentle approach and just use thoughts. I tried the second approach and managed to turn myself inside my body so I was now facing into the bed. I could hear my breathing and I could feel that my throat was dry. I then was out of the paralysed state and fully awake. I guess that I concentrated on my body too much. The alarm also went off after about 5 minutes of being awake. Maybe my body was just ready to wake up?
